Under One Roof Mother's Day Market Booth Fee

The large showroom space is being converted into 15 private studios - construction will be finished by April 1st. While there are currently only two units with tenants assigned, there may be a few more spaces filled by the time of the event. 

However, we are confident that at least half of them will still be empty and available for Under One Roof. These spaces will be the " Indoor Booth - Private Studio" option. We will have a waitlist until we know more in April. If you are interested please select it along with any other booth type you are interested in while filling out the application. 

Other indoor booths will otherwise be in the entry lobby, and suite 170 where we have had vendors before. 

As the weather is lovely this time of year in Petaluma we plan to extend our outdoor booth offerings to be along G st as well as the exterior of the building in order to create a block party of sorts with the other surrounding businesses. 

Please note: refunds or cancellations for booth fee can only be made 50% prior to April 1st After April 1st there are no refunds other than in the case of extreme weather
